eData Solutions is a privately owned company founded in Stockholm in 1997. We are specialists in recruitment, headhunting, staffing and security.
The business community has unfortunately experienced that it becomes very costly with less good recruitment. Poor recruitment costs on average about 700,000 SEK and the number that fails is unfortunately large. Only 45 percent of recruitments in large companies and 52 percent in small companies are very successful.

Find the right employee / consultant
Our specialty is finding the right employees according to the needs of different companies.
We mainly work with recruitment. When a need for resources arises with our customers, we ensure that we find a suitable employee quickly and efficiently and secure both process and employees through tests, security screening interviews and background checks.
We also offer so-called “hire purchase” solutions where companies have the opportunity to, for a limited time, test the candidate before a possible recruitment will take place. During the probationary period, the candidate is employed by eData and works as a consultant for the customer.
We also offer consulting solutions. We have a large network of consultants and do not hesitate to undertake even the most difficult tasks. In terms of scope, it is you as a customer who decides, we set up regardless of the length of the project.
